These rules matter to people arriving in Oklahoma; when you leave, keep your Oklahoma license valid until Nevada issues one. ## Taxes in Oklahoma House Bill 2764 lowers Oklahoma's top personal income tax rate from 4.75 percent to 4.5 percent beginning with tax year 2026. The state sales and use tax rate is 4.5 percent, and cities and counties add their own. Nevada has no state personal income tax.
