For a retail or clinic space, the estimator also asks about closing hours, so the crew can start the moment the doors lock and finish before they open. Answers go into the itemized written estimate.
If a lease ends before the new space is ready, furniture and fixtures go into storage and return when you call. The inventory made at pickup is the list you check at delivery, so nothing is guessed at.
