How a Nevada and California move is classed

Any move from Nevada to California crosses a state line, so federal rules in 49 CFR Part 375 apply. O'Brien's moves these shipments under U.S. DOT No. 30611 and MC-109375. That means a written estimate, an inventory with a condition report, and the consumer booklets FMCSA requires.

Mountain moves and weather
