How a specialty item is estimated

Specialty moves are estimated at your home, free of charge and with no obligation, by an O'Brien's estimator. The estimator sees the piece, the rooms and the path out, then lists the item on an itemized estimate. If you are moving a house, the item is a line on that estimate. If you are moving only the item, it gets its own.

Crating and packing

Items that cannot ride in a carton are protected another way. Furniture is wrapped and padded, and fragile pieces go into custom crates. The packing page explains the full range, and the crating page explains when a crate is the answer.
