Movers in Virginia City

Virginia City counts about 336 households and a median year built of 1956, with many homes far older than that. Older houses bring narrow doorways, steep staircases, low basement clearances and, in places, porches that were never meant for a loaded dolly. The Geiger Grade and SR 341

From Sparks the route climbs on SR 341, known as the Geiger Grade, after leaving the valley floor near I-580 and US 395 Alternate. The Census-geocoded drive is 24 miles and 37 minutes, but the grade has steep, winding sections and a loaded truck is slower on them than a car. Plan the drive time with margin.

Winter at 6,107 feet

This is the most snow-exposed address in the Truckee Meadows area we serve. Snow and ice arrive earlier and stay later than in Reno, and wind can drift a lane shut.
