Minden and Gardnerville are about 47 to 49 miles and an hour away, and South Lake Tahoe is 60.4 miles and 83 minutes. Public transit
The Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County, RTC, operates the area's public bus service and publishes route maps and schedules on its website. Check the maps against an address before choosing a lease, because bus routes follow specific corridors. If you plan to use the bus for work, look up the stops near both your home and your job, not just one of them.
