Does the estimate list each service?
Yes. It is itemized and in writing.
What if I add something after the estimate?
Tell the office. Added items or services change the estimate, and the revised paperwork shows it.

What is a bill of lading?
The contract and receipt between you and the carrier. The bill of lading entry defines it.
What is the inventory?
An itemized list of your goods with their condition, prepared before packing.
Where does valuation appear?
On the paperwork you sign before the move, as described on the valuation page.
