Fernley is a fast-growing Lyon County city on the I-80 corridor east of Reno and Sparks. Its median age of 36.4 is among the youngest in the towns we serve, and its housing stock is more than half new. The numbers above explain why Fernley moves are usually younger-family moves: three or four bedrooms, a two-car garage and plenty of toys.
